Machine Learning Eval Engineer

As an ML Eval Engineer at Reducto, you will build and maintain evaluation systems and benchmarks to improve the company's AI models. You will collaborate with ML, platform, and GTM teams to identify model weaknesses, design benchmarks, and develop metrics and tooling to surface new failure modes.
