No open roles — yet.
Jobly is one person and self-funded. There is nothing to apply for today, and posting a role we cannot fill would be exactly the thing this product exists to argue against.
Open roles
Nothing is open right now. When that changes it will be listed on this page first, and the roles will be real ones with a real budget behind them.
If you want to hear when that happens, send a note through the contact page with what you do. Speculative notes are genuinely read — there is only one inbox.
What working here would mean
Most of what makes a job board trustworthy is maintenance — re-checking listings, killing dead ones, fixing a parser for one company's odd markup. The interesting work and the valuable work are rarely the same work.
The product refuses to guess at a user, and the company works the same way. No invented traction, no team page padded with advisors, no roles posted to look like we are growing.
Independence is the point, not a stage to grow out of. Anyone who joins should want a small thing done properly rather than a big thing done fast.
In the meantime
The most useful thing you can do is use the product and tell us where it falls down. A specific complaint — this search returned nonsense, this company should not be indexed, this listing has been dead for a month — is worth more than a CV right now.
