As a Recruiting Consultant at PowerUs, you will build a new business area from scratch. You will take over clients from the sales team, act as their central point of contact, manage onboarding, post and optimize job ads, and screen applications. You will also conduct qualification interviews, prepare candidate profiles, present candidates to clients, and manage the process until contract signing.
